We at Lux Runway Boutique are committed to providing you with an easy return’s process if something didn’t work out at this time. We gladly accept returns unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, within 7 days of delivery to you for store credit or an exchange.

EXCHANGES - STORE CREDIT
Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before an exchange or store credit can be processed. Please ensure all returns:
NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS INCLUDE: Accessories, gift cards, swimwear, and bodysuits due to sanitary reasons.
All sale items are final and nonrefundable.
RETURN PROCESSING:
Please allow between 2-3 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you have received a damaged or defective item or an item that is not the one you've ordered, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and email us by contacting us. We will rectify this situation immediately by shipping you the correct item or non-damaged item, as long as it is available.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We do not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:
